There is a wonderful story about Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len who cured the criminally insane ward of a Hawaii State Hospital without ever seeing a single patient. This may seem a little “insane”, but upon further research, it seems this is a true story. He set up an office within the hospital to review their files. While he looked at those files, he would work on himself, and over the four years he worked there, the patients all healed. If you are not familiar with opening Swing Top Caps, this video will teach you how to open with one hand. This is great for driving and other activities that require at least one hand to continue while you drink your water.  Otherwise, you can use your two thumbs to press on the bent-wire connectors on either side of the bottle to push the lever open. DO NOT try to lift the wire bail that is firmly clamped to the bottle. This can result in fingernail breakage or a sore finger. These bottles are quite easy to open, once you get the hang of it
